Irena Kliavets is a specialist at the Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre. She was arrested in the summer of 2022. It is known that she has 4 minor children.
Kliavets was charged with four articles of the Criminal Code for leaking information to the Black Book of Belarus Telegram channel:
Charges indicted:
Art. 130 CC "Incitement to hatred"
Art. 352 CC "Illegal acquisition of computer information"
Art. 203-1 CC "Illegal actions with respect to information about private life and personal data"
Art. 426 CC "Abuse of power or authority"
On 06.03.23 Irena's case will be considered by the Minsk City Court. The trial will be conducted by "judge" Dzmitry Suprun.
Ирена Иосифовна Клевец — специалист Минского городского агентства по государственной регистрации и земельному кадастру, ее задержали летом 2022 года. Известно, что у женщины 4 несовершеннолетних детей.
