Novikava Volga and Uzbek citizen Viktar Novikau — Political prisoners in Belarus (spring96.org) were convicted by the court of the Leninsky district of Minsk, art. 1. 342 Criminal Code. 06.06. and 07.06.22 their case was considered by "judge" Anastasia Achalova.


Charges indicted:

Art. 342 CC "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them"

On 06.06. and 07.06.22 their case was considered by "judge" Anastasia Achalova.

It is known that Olga was sentenced to imprisonment: she is serving a sentence in a colony.


Новикова Ольга и гражданин Узбекистана Новиков Виктор — Политзаключённые в Беларуси (spring96.org) были осуждены судом Ленинского района г. Минска по ч. 1 ст. 342 Уголовного кодекса.


Предъявлены обвинения:

ст. 342 УК "Организация и подготовка действий, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок, либо активное участие в них"


06.06. и 07.06.22 их дело рассматривала "судья" Анастасия Ачалова.


Известно, что Ольга была осуждена к лишению свободы: отбывает наказание в колонии.


23.11.22 была внесена в перечень граждан Беларуси, иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, причастных к экстремистской деятельности.
