Viktoryia Mirontsava was detained on 15.10.20 as part of a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 342 CC "active participation in group actions which gravely breach public order".
Viktoryia's sister Anastasiya was also detained as part of the case.
Viktoryia, 26, and Anastasiya, 24, were accused of joining a protest held in central Minsk on 10.08.20. They reportedly shouted slogans and clapped their hands, while refusing to leave the street.
According to the investigation, these actions led to a “prolonged disturbance of public peace,” obstruction of public and other transport, and interfered with the regular operation of the Minsktrans city transport operator, which requested 21,831 rubles in damages.
The same day, the girls allegedly resisted arrest. In particular, Viktoryia physically resisted detention, including by breaking the lock applied by a riot police officer.
On 01.04.21 Judge Aliaksandr Volk of the Saviecki District Court of Minsk sentenced Viktoryia Mirontsava to 2 1/2 years in a general-security penal colony, finding her guilty of “breaching public order” (Part 1 of Art. 342 CC) and “using violence against police officers” (Part 1 of Art. 363).
Вікторыя Віктараўна Міронцава вучылася ў гімназіі-каледжы мастацтваў імя Ахрэмчыка. Пасля заканчэння працавала афіцыянткай у рэстаране.
Яна была затрымана 15.10.20 ў межах крымінальнай справы па ч. 1 арт. 342 KK (Актыўны ўдзел у групавых дзеяннях, якія груба парушаюць грамадскі парадак). Падставай для затрымання яе і сястры стала відэа з пратэстаў 10.0, куды трапілі дзяўчыны.
Таксама ў межах гэтай справы затрымана і сястра Вікторыі Анастасія.
Ёй прад'яўлена абвінавачванне. Дзяўчына ўтрымліваецца ў СІЗА-1 у Мінску.
На судзе, які пачаўся ў сакавіку, высветлілася, што дзяўчынам таксама ставяць у віну арт. 364 КК (гвалт у дачыненні да супрацоўніка міліцыі), а Вікторыі яшчэ і арт. 363 (Супраціў супрацоўніку органаў унутраных спраў). 01.04.21 ў судзе Савецкага раёна Мінска быў агучаны прысуд па крымінальнай справе Вікторыі і Анастасіі Міронцавых. Анастасія Міронцава атрымала 2 гады пазбаўлення волі, Вікторыя - 2,5 гады.
