▫️The Belarus Women’s Foundation has launched a new project «Fashion for Freedom». The main purpose is to attract international attention to human rights violations in Belarus where women are detained and imprisoned simply for wearing red and white - the historic national colours of Belarus.
▫️We call on world-renowned designers and budding designers to dedicate one piece from their current collection or new collection to Belarusian women who face violence and repression for wearing colours of their choice.
▫️We believe we have the right to choose - to choose colours, clothes, a lifestyle, and our future.
▫️We are sure that this demonstration of solidarity will attract attention to women’s fight for their rights across the world.
▫️We are convinced that the talent and vision of fashion designers will become a source of inspiration for millions of women in Belarus and beyond.
