Barbara Gysi (Switzerland’s National Council, Sozialdemokratische Partei of Switzerland) for Tatiana Kolas: “Tatsiana has demonstrated outstanding moral courage and was not afraid to stand up for justice which has led to her being sentenced to imprisonment under the harshest of conditions. This is both inhumane and unjust. Tatsiana and all other political prisoners must be released immediately without any conditions.”
Tatsiana Kolos is accused of having handed over personal data to the Telegram channel "Black Book of Belarus". On 27.06.22 pro-government Telegram channels reported that the woman worked in a state-owned company and had access to the personal data of the security forces.

Art. 203-1 of the Criminal Code — Illegal actions with respect to information about private life and personal data
Art. 352 of the Criminal Code — Illegal acquisition of computer information

Verdict (03.10.2022): 6,5 years in a penal colony
In July 2026 it became known that Tatsiana has cancer. She is to be transferred to a hospital for further examination and treatment, however, it is planned to do so only after a couple of months. Apart from this, she suffers from severe back pains caused by a past compression spine fracture.
Татьяну Колос обвиняют в том, что якобы она передала личные данные телеграм-каналу "Черная Книга Беларуси". 27.06.22 провластные телеграмм-каналы сообщили, что женщина работала в одной из государственных компаний и имела доступ к личным данным силовиков.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 130 Уголовного кодекса — Разжигание вражды или розни
ст. 203-1 Уголовного кодекса — Незаконные действия в отношении информации о частной жизни и персональных данных
ст. 352 Уголовного кодекса — Неправомерное завладение компьютерной информацией
ст. 426 Уголовного кодекса — Превышение власти или служебных полномочий
Решение суда 03.10.22: 6,5 лет колонии
В июле 2026 г. стало известно, что у Татьяны нашли онкологическое заболевание. Для дальнейшего обследования и лечения женщину должны перевести в больницу, но сделать это планируют только через несколько месяцев. Кроме того, Татьяна страдает от сильной боли в спине, связанной с перенесенным ранее компрессионным переломом позвоночника.

* “Black Book of Belarus” case:
The “Black Book of Belarus” case (ЧКБ) is one of the most high-profile criminal cases to emerge after the events of 2020. It concerns the prosecution of individuals who submitted personal data via a chatbot to a Telegram channel about persons allegedly involved in election fraud, violence against peaceful protesters, and repression in Belarus.
The “Black Book of Belarus” project was launched in September 2020. Among its reported founders and editors were Franak Viacorka (advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya), Dmitry Navosha (CEO and co-founder of Tribuna Digital), as well as other participants, including a former employee of the Belarusian Investigative Committee.
In May 2021, it was reported that, almost from the outset, the initiative had been infiltrated by a GUBOPiK officer, Artur Haiko, who for an extended period allegedly passed information about users of the chatbot to the security services in Belarus. According to human rights defenders, some individuals were identified as a result of this infiltration.
Numerous individuals have been detained in connection with this case. Reports indicate that some detainees were subjected to beatings and ill-treatment during arrest by GUBOPiK officers.
Defendants in the “Black Book of Belarus” case have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms — ranging from several years to over a decade in penal colonies. On average, sentences are reported to be around six years. Those convicted include individuals from various professional backgrounds, including banking employees, lawyers, officials, and representatives of the cultural sector.

По данным правозащитников, часть фигурантов была установлена именно в результате такого внедрения
В рамках этого дела были задержаны многочисленные люди.Некоторые из арестованных при задержании сотрудниками ГУБОПиКа прошли избиения и пытки.
Фигуранты «Дела Чёрной книги Беларуси» были приговорены к длительным срокам лишения свободы — от нескольких до более чем десяти лет колонии (Вясна / Dissidentby). В среднем - по шесть лет колонии. Среди осуждённых — представители различных профессий, включая сотрудников банковской сферы, юристов, чиновников, а также представителей культурной среды.
