Tatsiana Karpovich is a resident of Viciebsk who was detained on November 17, 2021.
She was charged for allegedly transmitting personal data of law enforcement officers, teachers, and judges to the Telegram channel “Black Book of Belarus.”
Charges indicted:
Art. 130 of the Criminal Code — Incitement to hatred
On December 23, 2022, the Mahilioŭ Regional Court delivered a verdict behind closed doors. The “judge” Pavel Klimau sentenced the political prisoner to 5 years in a general-regime penal colony and imposed a fine of 250 base units.

Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 130 Уголовного кодекса — Разжигание вражды или розни
23.12.22 в Могилевском областном суде в закрытом режиме был вынесен приговор. "Судья" Павел Климов назначил политзаключенной 5 лет лишения свободы в колонии в условиях общего режима и штраф 250 базовых величин.
