World Refugee Day

On June 20, the UN General Assembly has declared The World Refugee Day. On this Day we speak about the people who are forced to flee their homes and seek protection in other countries due to threats to life and persecution.

Today, on June 20, we want to express our solidarity with the hundreds of thousands of Belarusians who have been deprived of their homes and security by Lukashenka's dictatorship regime.

After August 9, 2020, and to this day, repressions and detentions have been continuing in Belarus, as a result of which hundreds of thousands of Belarusians were forced to leave the country, fleeing persecution, torture and prison terms. Many of them left the country, having managed to capture only the most necessary things. Thousands are still experiencing difficulties with legalization, finances, work and life.

We ask you not to forget about Belarusians and to provide each other with possible assistance. Even the smallest gesture of help matters. Let's not forget about each other.
