Volha Anishchuk, the wife of the political prisoner Artsiom Anishchuk, was detained on 04.11.22. She was sentenced to 10 days of administrative imprisonment for a repost from the Nasha Niva independent media. Her case was heard by Alena Niakrasava, a duty judge of the Zavodskoy District Court of Minsk.
After the 10 days of administrative imprisonment, Anishchuk was not released. A “repentant video” was posted, in which she said that she had been subscribed to “extremist channels” and reposted their news. Pro-government Telegram channels described Anishchuk as "a candidate to celebrate the New Year in a temporary detention facility, since dozens of reposts have been recorded", and a person who "fueled up the situation around the penitentiary system with fakes and bombarded government agencies with far-fetched complaints".
On 16.11.22 at the Zavodskoy District Court of Minsk, the judge Alena Kaptsevich sentenced Anishchuk to 14 days of administrative imprisonment for reposting news from the Telegram channel of the Zerkalo independent media. On 28.11.22 she was sentenced to another 10 days of administrative imprisonment.
According to human rights defenders, Anishchuk has already had bronchitis twice behind bars, as she is kept in inhuman conditions and sleeps on the concrete floor. After the imprisonment at the Akrestsina detention center in Minsk, she was transferred to the Mogilev detention center, where she is bullied and pressured - she is forced to undress and squat naked thrice a day.
On 28.11.22 Volha Anishchuk went on a hunger strike in protest against the pressure. On 08.12.22 Volha was released.
Жена политического заключенного Артема Анищука, была задержана 4 ноября 2022 года. Затем ее осудили на 10 суток ареста за репост поста из "Нашей Нивы". После 10 суток Ольга на свободу не вышла. С ней появилось "покаянное видео", на котором она говорит, что была подписана на "экстремистские" каналы и делала с них репосты. Провластные телеграм-каналы написали, что Анищук "кандидат провести Новый год в ИВС, так как зафиксированы десятки репостов". Также, по словам силовиков, Ольга "нагнетала вбросами и фейками ситуацию вокруг пенитенциарной системы, забрасывала госорганы надуманными жалобами". 16 ноября Ольге назначили 14 суток ареста за репост с телеграм-канала "Зеркало". 28 ноября ее осудили еще на 10 суток ареста.
По информации правозащитников, Ольга за решеткой уже два раза переболела бронхитом, так как она содержится в нечеловеческих условиях и спит на бетонном полу. В ИВС Могилева, куда ее перевели после ИВС Окрестина, над ней издеваются и оказывается давление — три раза в день ее заставляют раздеваться до гола и приседать. В знак протеста против этого 28 ноября Ольга Анищук объявила голодовку.
08.12.2022 Ольга вышла из ИВС по окончанию административного ареста.
