Volha Baikouskaya was convicted in the case related to the movement “Russian Orthodox Church – Tsarist Empire.” According to a decision by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus dated August 15, 2025, the religious sect “Russian Orthodox Church – Tsarist Empire” was designated an “extremist formation.”
On May 29, 2026, Hanna Strukava from the village of Ulazy in the Hrodna region, Halina Fralova from the village of Kayki in the Vitsebsk region, Volha Baikouskaya from Svislach, and Volha Vashchenka from Vileyka were added to the “Extremist List.”
According to the movement’s own documents, Hanna Strukava was referred to as “Abbess of All White Rus’ (Belarus) Evdokia,” while Halina Fralova was referred to as “Nun Feodosiya.”
Members of the movement were accused of leading its structures and spreading ideas that investigators interpreted as incitement of religious and national hatred.

Art. 130 of the Criminal Code — Incitement to hatred
Verdict (20 Feb 2026): 5 years and 3 months in a penal colony
Verdicts: Strukava, Fralova, and Baikouskaya were sentenced to 5 years and 3 months in a penal colony, while Vashchenka received 5 years.
Ольга Бойковская осуждена по делу движения "Русская православная церковь – Царская Империя". Согласно решению МВД РБ от 15 августа 2025 года религиозная секта "Русская православная церковь – Царская Империя" признана "экстремистским формированием".
29 мая 2026 года в "список экстремистов" были внесены Анна Струкова из деревни Улазы Гродненской области, Галина Фролова из деревни Кайки Витебской области, Ольга Бойковская из Свислочи и Ольга Ващенко из Вилейки.
По документам самого движения, Анна Стрюкова фигурировала как "игуменья всея Белой Руси (Беларуси) Евдокия", а Галина Фролова — как "монахиня Феодосия".
Участниц движения обвиняли в руководстве структурами движения и распространении идей, которые следствие трактовало как религиозную и национальную вражду.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 361-1 Уголовного кодекса — Создание экстремистского формирования или участие в нем
ст. 130 Уголовного кодекса — Разжигание вражды или розни
Решение суда 20.02.26: 5 лет и 3 месяца колонии
Приговоры: Стрюкова, Фролова и Бойковская получили по 5 лет и 3 месяца колонии, Ващенко — 5 лет колонии.
