Maryia Batalionak (a Lithuanian citizen) was taken into custody on criminal charges. It is known that the KGB considers her involved in the project “Urban Garden Maris Mar”, which was designated an “extremist formation.”
Maryia has a small child who is still breastfeeding. After her arrest, she continued lactating and was forced to express milk while in detention.
Charges indicted:
Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code — Creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it
Court ruling in Oct. 2025: 4 years in a penal colony
Мария Батальонок (гражданка Литвы) помещена под стражу по уголовному делу. Известно, что КГБ считает Марию причастной к проекту "Городской огород Марис Мар", который был признан "экстремистским формированием".
У Марии есть маленький ребенок, на грудном вскармливании. Поэтому после задержания у женщины продолжало идти молоко, ей приходилось сцеживаться в условиях заключения.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 361-1 Уголовного кодекса — Создание экстремистского формирования или участие в нем
Решение суда 10.2025: 4 года колонии
