Maryia Batalionak was taken into custody in autumn 2024. It is known that the KGB considers Yana to be associated with the "Urban Garden Maris Mar" project, which was labeled as an "extremist formation."


Charges indicted:

Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code — Creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it


Мария Батальонок помещена под стражу осенью 2024.  Известно, что КГБ считает Марию причастной к проекту «Городской огород Марис Мар», который был признан "экстремистским формированием".


Предъявлены обвинения:

ст. 361-1 Уголовного кодекса — Создание экстремистского формирования или участие в нем
