Sviatlana Bychkouskaya worked in the "One Window" service of the Oktyabrsky district of Minsk. She is suspected in the transfer of personal data of the "siloviki" (persons who works in the Lukashenka's police) to telegram channels.

 

Светлана Бычковская работала в службе "Одно окно" Октябрьского района г.Минска. Подозревается в передаче личных данных силовиков телеграм-каналам.
