Natallia Aktsiabrskaya is the wife of the corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, a doctor of biological sciences Aleh Davydzenka. They were detained together on 02.11.22. The reason for the persecution was a photo of the spouses standing with a banner during the 2020 protests.

Depending on their roles, they are accused under two criminal articles: Part 1 of Art. 342 'Active participation in actions that grossly violate public order' and Art. 368 'insulting Lukashenka'. 

On 29.11.22 Natalia and Aleh Davydzenka were sentenced to 3 years partial house arrest.


Наталья Иосифовна Октябрьская — жена политзаключенного биолога и член-корреспондентa Академии Наук Олега Давыденко. Их вместе задержали утром 02.11.22. Поводом для преследования стало фото, на которых муж и жена стоят с плакатом во время протестов 2020 года.

В зависимости от роли каждого, их обвиняют по двум уголовным статьям: ч. 1 ст. 342 "активное участие в действиях, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок" и ст. 368 "оскорбление Лукашенко". 29.11.22 супруги были приговорены к 3 годам "дом. химии".
