Tatsiana Frantskevich and Natallia Labatsevich were detained on July 19, 2024, when they arrived with a parcel for politicial prisoner Aliaksandr Frantskevich at the Vaukavysk colony.
A criminal case has been initiated against Tatsiana Frantskevich, the mother of convicted anarchist Aliaksandr Frantskevich — Political prisoners in Belarus (spring96.org), and her sister Natallia Labatsevich, the mother of former political prisoner Illia Labatsevich — Political prisoners in Belarus (spring96.org). They have been placed in the Vitsiebsk pre-trial detention center.
Charges indicted:
Art. 361-4 of the Criminal Code — Promoting extremist activities
Татьяну Францкевич и Наталью Лобацевич задержали 19.07.24, когда они приехали с передачей для Александра Францкевича в Волковысскую колонию.
Против Татьяны Францкевич, матери осужденного анархиста Александра Францкевича Aliaksandr Frantskevich — Political prisoners in Belarus (spring96.org), и ее сестры Натальи Лобацевич, матери бывшего политзаключенного Ильи Лобацевича Illia Labatsevich — Political prisoners in Belarus (spring96.org), завели уголовное дело и поместили в СИЗО Витебска.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 361-4 Уголовного кодекса — Содействие экстремистской деятельности
