Volha Hladkaya is a former office manager of the Belarus-2, state-owned TV channel. She kept official records, followed up on contracts, etc. She resigned from the Belteleradio broadcasting company in September 2020 to try her hand at IT. However, her decision coincided with the mass protests against the falsified presidential election results and unprovoked violence by law enforcers. Many employees of the Belarusian state-owned TV channels protested and joined the strike.
According to the available information, the first interrogation of Volha Hladkaya was held on 07.03.23. 2 days later, she was charged under Article 342 CC "Organisation of or active participation in actions grossly disrupting public order".
Вольга Гладкая — экс-мэнэджарка канала "Беларусь 2". У офісе яна вяла афіцыйнае справаводства, адсочвала выкананне дамоваў і г. д. Яна звольнілася з Белтэлерадыёкампаніі ў верасні 2020 года, каб паспрабаваць сябе ў сферы ІТ. Аднак рашэнне супала з масавымі пратэстамі супраць фальсіфікацыі вынікаў прэзідэнцкіх выбараў і беспрычыннага гвалту сілавікоў, да пратэстаў у выглядзе страйку далучыліся і многія супрацоўнікі БТ.
Паводле наяўных звестак, 07.03.23 года адбыўся першы допыт Вольгі, а яшчэ праз 2 дні ёй прад'явілі абвінавачанне на падставе «народнага» артыкула 342 КК "Удзел у несанкцыянаваных мерапрыемствах".
