Aliaksandra Khomchanka was convicted for reposting a picture with a gravestone with a portrait of Lukashenka. Aliaksandra was found guilty of “insulting Lukashenka” for such “willfulness”.
During the trial, the defendant said that she thought the text under the mentioned picture was funny, so she gave it a "class" and reposted to herself.

Art. 368 of the Criminal Code — Insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus

За такое «свавольства» яе прызналі вінаватай у «абразе Лукашэнкі». Вырак вынесла суддзя Алеся Парфяненка. Адбываць пакаранне Аляксандра будзе ва ўмовах агульнага рэжыму.
Падчас судовага працэсу абвінавачаная расказала, што палічыла вясёлым тэкст пад згаданай карцінкай, таму паставіла ёй «Клас» і рэпостнула сабе.
