ст. 369 Уголовного кодекса — Оскорбление представителя власти

ст. 368 Уголовного кодекса — Оскорбление президента Республики Беларусь


5 декабря 2024 года Елена Кияниченко была осуждена в суде Фрунзенского района г. Минска. Дело рассматривала "судья" Близнюк Юлия и осудила Елену к лишению свободы в колонии общего режима.
