Volha Klimkova was stopped by traffic police in Mahilioŭ on 24.11.20. The woman was transporting more than 800 copies of the unregistered newspaper Mogilevskie Vesti. The next day she was detained and her home was searched.
Charges indicted:
Part 2 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code — Hooliganism committed by a group of persons
Art. 368 of the Criminal Code — Insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus
Volha Klimkova, together with Maksim Siarheyenka and Siarhei Skok, were accused of making six effigies with "cynical inscriptions and images of high-ranking officials", placing them on overpasses near the city, taking photos and distributing pictures on the Internet. A total of nine people were detained in this case.
It was decided to consider the criminal case in the town of Kruhlaje. At the first meeting, on 31.03.21 the trial was classified. On 19.04.21 Klimkova and Skok were sentenced to 3.5 years each, and Siarheyenka to 3 years in a general-security penal colony.
Volha Klimkova wurde am 24.11.20 von der Verkehrspolizei in Mahilioŭ angehalten. Sie transportierte mehr als 800 Exemplare der nicht registrierten Zeitung Mogilevskie Vesti. Am nächsten Tag wurde sie festgenommen und ihre Wohnung wurde durchsucht. Volha Klimkova wurde nach Art. 339 des belarusischen Strafgesetzbuches "hooliganismus, begangen von einer Gruppe" und nach Art. 368 "beleidigung des Präsidenten" angeklagt. Ihr und zwei weiteren Beschuldigten wird vorgeworfen, sechs Bildnisse mit „zynischen Aufschriften und Bildern hochrangiger Beamter“ angefertigt, in Überführungen in der Nähe der Stadt aufgestellt, fotografiert und die Bilder im Internet verbreitet zu haben. Am 19.04.21 wurde Klimkova vom Gericht der Stadt Kruhlaje zu 3,5 Jahren in einer Strafkolonie verurteilt.
Ольга Климкова была остановлена сотрудниками ГАИ в Могилеве 24.11.20. В автомобиле женщины обнаружили более 800 экземпляров незарегистрированной газеты "Могилевские вести". На следующий день ее задержали, дома провели обыск.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ч. 2 ст. 339 Уголовного кодекса — Хулиганство, совершенное группой лиц
ст. 368 Уголовного кодекса — Оскорбление президента Республики Беларусь
Ольгу, а также Максима Сергеенко и Сергея Скока обвинили в том, что они изготовили шесть ростовых кукол "с циничными надписями и изображениями высших должностных лиц", разместили их на путепроводах вблизи деревень Вильчицы и Любуж, сфотографировали и распространили снимки в сети. По этому делу в конце ноября 2020 года кроме Ольги было задержано около 8 человек, все задержанные находились в телеграм-чате "Возрождение".
Уголовное дело решили рассматривать не в Могилеве, а в Круглом. На первом заседании, 31.03.21, процесс сделали закрытым, поскольку по тому же делу "кукол" есть еще один эпизод, по которому до сих пор идет следствие. 19.04.21 режим Лукашенко огласил приговор: Климковой и Скоку по 3,5 года, Сергеенко - 3 года колонии общего режима.
