Oras Tynkkynen (Member of the Finnish Parliament for the party Vihreä liitto (Green League)) for Alesia Liantsevich: “Sadly Alesia is not alone. The illegitimate authoritarian rule of Alexander Lukashenko has put thousands of Belarusian people behind bars for standing up for their rights. But luckily Alesia is not alone. We stand by her side. And we will not stop until she and all other prisoners of conscience in Belarus are free. It is a great honour for me to adopt Alesia as a political prisoner. It is my duty as a Member of Parliament to fight for universal human rights everywhere and for everyone. Putin’s Russia uses Belarus as a tool in the cruel and unjustified war of aggression in Ukraine. Lukashenko’s tyranny needs to come to an end.”
Alesia Liantsevich is a crisis psychologist, psychologist-consultant and therapist on problems of relations and personal development, teacher of psychology. She was arrested for commenting in social media and for donating.
Charges indicted:
Art. 369 of the Criminal Code — Insulting a government official
Art. 368 of the Criminal Code — Insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus
Art. 361-2 of the Criminal Code — Financing the activities of an extremist group
Алеся Лянцевич - кризисный психолог, психолог-консультант и терапевт по проблемам отношений и личностного развития, преподаватель психологии. Была задержана за комментарии в интернете и за пожертвование.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 369 Уголовного кодекса — Оскорбление представителя власти
ст. 368 Уголовного кодекса — Оскорбление президента Республики Беларусь
ст. 361-2 Уголовного кодекса — Финансирование деятельности экстремистского формирования
У Алеси подозрение на тяжелое заболевание, которое в местах лишения свободы ни диагностировать, ни нормально лечить будет невозможно. Значит, резко повышаются риски для жизни.
Однако Брестский областной "суд" 26.09.23 постановил наказать Лянцевич лишением свободы сроком на 3 года и 6 месяцев в колонии в условиях общего режима. Дело рассматривала "судья" Руслана Сенько.
