Liudmila Likhacheuskaya was born in Minsk. She was detained on March 29, 2024. Her husband, Aliaksei Zachapila, was also detained. The couple has 3 children, 2 of whom are minors.


According to court schedules, while Aliaksei and Liudmila were in custody, the authorities filed a lawsuit against them to recover child support payments. Such a hearing took place on July 1, 2024, at the Maskouski District Court of Minsk. The plaintiff was listed as the Department of Education of the same district. The “judge” was Inna Kosabutska.


Charges indicted:

Art. 130 of the Criminal Code — Incitement to hatred

Art. 361 of the Criminal Code — Calls for actions aimed at causing harm to the national security of the Republic of Belarus


November 20–27, 2024: Ludmila’s case was heard in the Minsk City “Court.”
The “judge” was Yauhen Pysarevich.


Court ruling on November 27, 2024: 2 years in a penal colony.


Людмила Лихачевская родилась в Минске. Задержана 29 марта 2024 года. Также задержан ее муж, Алексей Зачепило. У пары трое детей, двое из них несовершеннолетние.


Согласно судебным расписаниям, с Алексея и Людмилы через суд взыскивали деньги на содержание детей, пока они были под стражей. Такое заседание состоялось 1 июля 2024 г. в суде Московского района Минска. Истцом было обозначено управление по образованию этого же района. "Судья" Инна Кособуцкая. 


Предъявлены обвинения:

ст. 130 Уголовного кодекса — Разжигание вражды или розни

ст. 361 Уголовного кодекса — Призывы к действиям, направленным на причинение вреда национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь


20.11.24-27.11.24:  рассмотрение дела Людмилы в Минском городском "суде".
