Alena Mitskevich was arrested together with her husband Dzmitryi Mitskevich on 05.04.23, at work, and taken to the Frunzienski district police station in Minsk. Dzmitryi was sentenced to 13 days of administrative arrest, and Alena to 15 days, both for "petty hooliganism".
After the administrative arrest, the spouses were not released. Instead, charges were brought against them under Article 342 CC "Active participation in group actions grossly disrupting public order".
Елену Петровну Мицкевич вместе с мужем Дмитрием задержали 05.04.23. Их забрали с работы и отвезли во Фрунзенский РОВД. Дмитрия приговорили к 13 суткам ареста, Елену — к 15 суткам, обоих за "мелкое хулиганство". После суток семью не выпустили, а предъявили обвинение по ст. 342 УК "Активное участие в групповых действиях, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок".
