Danuta Peradnia is an honors student. She studied Roman-Germanic philology at the Mahiliou State A. Kuleshov University, from which she was expelled after her detention on 28.02.22.
She was taken into custody under Art. 361 CC "for appeals to restrictive measures (sanctions)", and Art. 368 CC "for insulting Mr. Lukashenka". She was accused of reposting a text in one of the local chats, which harshly criticized the actions of Putin and Lukashenka in unleashing war in Ukraine. It also called for street protests and stated that the Belarusian army has no prospects in case it enters the war directly.
On 10.06.22 the KGB added Danuta to the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.
On 01.07.22 Danuta Peradnia was sentenced to 6,5 years in prison.
Передня Данута - студентка-отличница. Училась на романо-германской филологии в Могилевском государственном университете имени Кулешова, откуда ее отчислили после задержания 28.02.22.
На Дануту завели уголовное дело по ст. 361 УК "Призывы к действиям, направленным на причинение вреда национальной безопасности" и ст. 368 УК "Оскорбление Лукашенко". В вину ей поставили то, что она 27.02.22 перепостила в один из могилевских чатов текст, в котором в резкой форме критиковались действия Владимира Путина и Александра Лукашенко по развязыванию войны в Украине. Также там содержался призыв к уличным выступлениям и констатировалось отсутствие перспектив у белоруcкой армии в случае ее прямого вступления в войну.
10.06.22 КГБ добавил ее в список «лиц, причастных к террористической деятельности».
01.07.22 "cуд" Кировского района признал Дануту виновной и назначил ей наказание в 6,5 лет колонии общего режима.
