Yana Tsaruk was taken into custody on October 9, 2024. It is known that the KGB considers Yana to be associated with the "Urban Garden Maris Mar" project, which was labeled as an "extremist formation."

Charges indicted:

Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code — Creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it



Яна Царук помещена под стражу 09.10.24.  Известно, что КГБ считает Яну причастной к проекту «Городской огород Марис Мар», который был признан "экстремистским формированием".

Предъявлены обвинения:

ст. 361-1 Уголовного кодекса — Создание экстремистского формирования или участие в нем
