Valiuk Maret was detained during mass arrests in October 2024  in Smarhon.

During that time, around 12 people were caught in a "sweep" in Smarhon, most of whom were released after serving short-term detentions. Maret has a Group II disability (unable to work).


Charges indicted:

Art. 357 of the Criminal Code — Conspiracy to seize power in an unconstitutional way



Марет Валюк была задержана в конце октября 2024 года в Сморгони. Тогда всего под "зачистку" в Сморгони попали около 12 человек, большинство из них вышло на свободу после "суток". Марет имеет 2-ую нерабочую группу инвалидности.


Предъявлены обвинения:

ст. 357 ч.1 Уголовного кодекса — Заговор с целью захвата власти неконституционным путем
