Larysa Kuzmenka, a resident of Homieĺ, was arrested on 08.08.21.

She was charged with violence or threats of violence against police officers during a protest in Homieĺ in September 2020, when security forces used tear gas and stun grenades against protesters. 

On 02.12.21 Larysa Kuzmenka was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment in a general regime prison under Article 364 of the Criminal Code.

Larysa is diagnosed with a depressive disorder and a claustrophobic syndrome.


Лариса Михайловна Кузьменко - жительница Гомеля, бывшая сотрудница предприятия "Гомельобои". Она была задержана 08.08.21.


Ей предъявили обвинение за насилие или угрозу насилия сотрудникам ОВД за воскресный Марш 27.09.20 в Гомеле, когда против протестующих силовики использовали слезоточивый газ и светошумовые гранаты. Женщине предъявили обвинения в том, что она "грубой физической силой взяла силовика за руку, тем самым сдвинула его с места и не позволила ему работать".


02.12.21 Ларису осудили по статье 364 УК на 2 года лишения свободы в колонии общего режима.


У Ларисы диагностировано депрессивное расстройство с синдромом клаустрофобии.
