Natallia Sialiakh was convicted for participation in protest. She was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral to an open-type penal institution (the exact sentence is to be clarified). Her case was heard in the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk on 09.09.22.
Natallia Sialiakh has been serving her sentence since 17.01.23.
Charges indicted:
Art. 342 СС "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them"
Наталья Селях приговорена за участие в акциях протеста к ограничению свободы с направлением в исправительное учреждение открытого типа ("химия") (точный срок устанавливается). С 17.01.23 года отбывает наказание.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 342 УК "Организация и подготовка действий, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок, либо активное участие в них"
