New Year is a time of miracles and gifts!
At this time of year, filled with anticipation of change, more than ever we want to be close to our family and friends.
Unfortunately, however, many women will spend New Year behind bars. We have decided to bring them some joy.
To mark New Year, our Foundation sent good wishes personally to all of our women political prisoners (128 in total!) to remind those who have suffered in the battle for our freedom that they are remembered, loved and missed. We hope they will feel some warmth and support when they receive our cards.
