Hanna Kmit was detained during mass arrests in October 2024 together with her husband, Andrei Selianinau. The couple has two minor children.
Charges indicted:
Art. 342 of the Criminal Code — Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them
Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code — Creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it
Court ruling on 08.07.2025: 2,5 years in a penal colony.
Анна Кмит была задержана во время массовых арестов в октябре 2024 вместе со своим мужем Андреем Селяниновым. У пары двое несовершеннолетних детей.
Предъявлены обвинения:
ст. 342 Уголовного кодекса — Организация и подготовка действий, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок, либо активное участие в них
ст. 361-1 Уголовного кодекса — Создание экстремистского формирования или участие в нем
