Natallia was accused of having made a repost on her page with the personal data of an internal affairs officer. The woman also published a photo of a security guard with her own comment on the crimes he committed. The court decided that the information in the commentary was "knowingly false" and "discredited the employee in the eyes of the public".
Charges indicted:
art. 188 CC — Defamation
Art. 203-1 CC — Illegal actions with respect to information about private life and personal data
Наталью обвинили в том, что она сделала репост на своей странице публикации с личными данными сотрудника органов внутренних дел. Также женщина опубликовала фотографию силовика с собственным комментарием о совершенных им преступлениях. Суд решил, что информация в комментарии “сознательно ложна” и дискредитирует сотрудника в глазах общества.
Предьявлены обвинения:
ст. 188 УК — Клевета
ст. 203-1 УК — Незаконные действия в отношении информации о частной жизни и персональных данных
