Daria ist eine Kämpferin für Freiheit, Demokratie und Gerechtigkeit. Seit über zwei Jahren setzt sie sich unermüdlich für die Freilassung ihres Mannes, den Blogger Ihar Losik, ein. Für diesen Mut und diesen Gerechtigkeitssinn muss nun Daria selbst mit ihrer Freiheit bezahlen. Ihar und Daria haben eine kleine Tochter, Paulina, die neben ihrem Vater nun auch noch ihre Mutter jeden einzelnen Tag vermissen wird. Die Verhaftung von Daria zeigt einmal mehr die hässliche Fratze der Lukaschenka Diktatur.

Bereits im Oktober 2021 habe ich die Patenschaft von #IharLosik übernommen. Es ist für mich deshalb eine Selbstverständlichkeit, mich nun auch - solange es nötig sein wird - für die Freilassung von Daria einzusetzen. Paulina braucht ihre Eltern. Belarus braucht so mutige Demokraten wie Ihar und Daria. Europa braucht das Ende des verbrecherischen Regimes von Lukaschenka.”

Darya Losik, wife of political prisoner Ihar Losik, the creator of Belarus Golovnogo Mozga, was detained on 18.10.22 within the criminal case.

Law enforcers came at Daria's early in the morning, when she and her daughter were still asleep. They allowed her to call grandmother.

After her detention, law enforcers stated on one of their Telegram channels that Daria gave an interview to Belsat this April, despite the fact that the TV channel was recognized as an "extremist formation" back in November 2021. Such an interview, according to the authors of the post, may result in criminal liability under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code on "assistance in extremist activities".

По сообщениям провластных телеграм-каналов, Дарью обвиняют в содействии экстремистской деятельности в виде разговора с телеканалом «Белсат» весной 2022 года, несмотря на то, что телеканал еще в ноябре 2021-го был признан «экстремистским формированием». Такое интервью, по мнению авторов поста, может повлечь уголовную ответственность по ст. 361−4 УК о «содействии экстремистской деятельности».
